1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RuangWA ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RuangWA provides a comprehensive multi-channel CRM platform that integrates AI chatbots across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram with the following features:

• AI-powered chatbot creation and management
• Multi-channel messaging across social platforms
• Customer relationship management tools
• Email marketing automation
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• Google Maps scraping and lead generation
• Template management and broadcasting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

RuangWA offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5.3 Free Trial

We offer a 1-day free trial for new users. Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5.4 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RuangWA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 Trademarks

RuangWA name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RuangWA. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through the account settings
• Contacting our support team
• Sending a written notice to our contact address

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful conduct towards other users or our staff

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
